Acuity advises Excalibur Communications on its sale to LDC-backed communications technology provider Onecom

Excalibur Communications is an experienced and well-established UC and mobile communications provider with strong IT-managed service capability and long-standing partnerships with Vodafone, Microsoft, and Gamma.

This acquisition affords Onecom additional capability and capacity through its expert team, geographic reach from its Swindon Operations Centre, and the addition of an established customer base with advantageous opportunities and benefits for those customers, further strengthening Onecom’s IT Managed Services strategy and building on the momentum from the recent acquisition of IMS Technology in 2023.
