Acuity Advisors, a leading international corporate finance advisory firm, is delighted to announce the successful completion of the acquisition by Robert Bosch GmbH (“Bosch”) of Minima Oy (“Minima”).
Minima, based in Helsinki, Finland, is a provider of near threshold voltage scaling intellectual property (IP) solutions. Minima’s IP solutions are tailored for low power applications, such as Internet of Things (IoT) devices, and are designed to reduce power consumption while still retaining the performance of the underlying hardware.
The transaction, which closed in July 2022, was led by Acuity Advisors’ team of corporate finance professionals.
Matthew Byatt, Managing Partner at Acuity said:
“It has been a great experience to be involved in the transaction between Minima and Bosch and offer our strategic advice to the process. The perfect fit between the two companies was evident. We are pleased to have contributed to this successful transaction.”
