London, UK – August 8, 2024 – Tollring have agreed a strategic partnership with Amity Solutions from Thailand which is owned by UK incorporated and headquartered Amity Corp., to accelerate the development of new Generative AI-powered applications in voice analytics and recording.
As part of the partnership, Amity Solutions will become a majority shareholder of Tollring and will deploy its AI Lab resources to help Tollring fulfil its ambition to upgrade its voice analytics software solutions with new Generative AI applications, to deliver a differentiated value proposition to its partners and end-customers. Amity Solutions will also bring complementary software solutions in customer engagement, including AI-powered chatbot/voicebot, to expand Tollring’s ability to address its end-customers’ challenges in customer acquisition and retention. In addition, Amity Solutions’ presence and network in South East Asia will help Tollring accelerate its international expansion plan and better support its partners and end-customers across the globe.
Existing shareholders will continue to remain invested in and committed to the success of Tollring which was founded in 1993 and has become a market leading developer and provider of communications software analytics and recording solutions.
