Alex Crawford Acuity

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Alex joined Acuity Advisors in October 2023, bringing five years of corporate finance experience. Alex is a Chartered Accountant having trained at EY before joining the transactions services team at FTI Consulting.

Prior to joining Acuity, Alex worked for two years on sell-side and buy-side deals across the media and technology sectors at WY Partners. Alex holds a history degree from University College London.

“Acuity instantly saw the potential of the partnership with Amity and how attractive that was for Tollring. The Acuity team worked well with the buyers and their team, striking the balance just right in maintaining a professional level of focus whilst helping to build the chemistry and sense of collaboration and excitement. Acuity’s advice throughout the process doubtless secured significant value for the Tollring shareholders – we would have no hesitation in recommending Acuity to anyone looking to carry out an M&A transaction with their technology business.”
